The Dialer Cloud was started by Dialtel Inc. to give higher volume or regularly dialing customers the ability to obtain wholesale rates. There are a few methods that allow Dialtel to accomplish this.

• The Dialer Cloud offers customers Leasing of Dialtel's technology.
• The Lease includes Bandwidth, Power, Space, and Server.
• The Dialer is located outside of Dialtel's infrastructure.

The most important factor is that we locate the server outside our network. This eliminates SIP traffic from placing a load on our router. Core Edge Routers are not cheap! Placing the server outside of Dialtel's network leaves Dialtel with handling just the DB load from talking back and forth with the IVR Server (dialer).

Dialtel will host the server in a data center environment and bundle all the costs into one lease payment depending on the size of the system to be leased. The customer will be able to have his own dedicated paths to run campaigns using Dialtel's technology.

There are two costs that are involved with leasing a server from Dialtel. They are:

• The Monthly Lease.
• The Long Distance Usage.

The Monthly Lease depends upon the amount of paths that are required. We have several leasing options here that you can check out.

The Long Distance Rates can be rate capped to control cost by using our Least Cost Routing platform.
